POLICIES

• Rates are subject to 13% sales tax

• Rates are subject to change without notice

• Additional guests over the age of 12 are $10.00 per person

• Check in time is after 2:00 p.m.

• Checkout time is 12 p.m.

• Reservations are accepted with Visa or MasterCard

• Payments are due upon check-in

• Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of your arrival time

• Motel, cottage & cabin guests - Smoking permitted outside only

• Motel, cottage & cabin guests - Pet fees are $10 per day per pet; 2 pet maximum; $20 per month for monthly rentals

• RV Park guests - 5 to 7 days @ weekly rate

• RV Park guests - No pro-rate for less than 7 days on weekly rate

• RV Park guests - No pro-rate for less than 30 days on monthly rate
